About the Work
Cuetara has always been a misfit, drawn to the imperfections of lived-in lives and attracted by the odd and messy paths that humans create. By highlighting the architecture of the familiar, she seeks new ways to understand her world and share that understanding. She uses the language of painting to express what words cannot, creating new connections and fostering community.
