About the Artist:

Matthew Myers is an abstract painter interested in the human touch at the intersection of classical geometric forms. Born in the Midwest, Matthew now lives and paints in Oakland, California. He has a BFA in fine art from Michigan State University and a master’s in landscape architecture from the University of Oregon. In addition to painting, he has worked as an urban designer, landscape architect, and for the last 15 years as a graphic designer.
